Resumo: We are looking for 13 volunteers to work inprimary schools and kindergartens in the city.
Please read the criteria below and apply bysending us the documents mentioned at theend of this call before the 29th of January 2021.
The project starts on 1st March 2021 andfinishes on 31st December 2021.

Perfil: - 18 to 30 years old and European Union resident.
- love working with children
- are creative andimaginative
-have good organizational skills
- are open-minded and honest
- are flexible, friendlyand helpful
- want to learn polish
- are responsible and trustworthy
- like working in biggroups
-have a positive attitude tolife and changes
-have some experience inscouting / voluntary work/ baby-sitting
-are ready to workwith/for the localcommunity and to promotethe project.
-are able to do a medicalcheck-up (necessary towork with children)
-are motivated to spend10 months in Poland
-have a clean criminalrecord (certificate willbe required)

Tarefas: - increase your language skills (learnthe basics of Polish language, deepenthe knowledge of English);
- learn how to work in a group andresolve conflicts (you will becomemore flexible and ready to adapt tochanges in the environment aftersuch a long stay in a foreign country);
- have a better understanding ofcultural differences and to be able toaccept them;
- learn many interesting ways/methods of work with children,special games for different ages;
- be more self-confident, responsibleand mature;
- become familiar with the Polish Education System and the needs ofprimary school and pre-schoolchildren;
- develop self-organized activities, learnhow to plan and manage your time andfinances;
- through regular meetings with thementor and analysis of progress youwill find the most effective way(s) foryou to learn;
observe work of different specialists (aspeech therapist, a psychologist, etc.)
learn how to promote a project and itsresults/values within the localcommunity by acting and make newfriends!
