Resumo: The organization has two youth centers - Youth Recreation center and Youth
Center. Volunteer's workdays will be divided between the two youth centers. The volunteer will be expected to assist the youth worker to carry out daily activities. In addition, the volunteer will be involved in the decision making about what type of activities should be carried out in the youth centers each month. The volunteer will always be accompanied by a youth worker in the youth centers.

Youth Recreation Center - divided into four parts – stage hall and cafe; a meeting
room; gym and gymnasium; band rooms and a studio. While the gym and band rooms areused for specific activities and the meeting room for training, meetings, or more private seatings, the café and stage part are free for all young people to use on a daily basis. The youth center offers a wide range of activities for young people who spend their free time there.

Youth Center - 10km away from Pärnu City center. It is easily accessible by bus or a bicycle. Located on the first floor of the Audru Culture Center, where a large and spacious room with a new kitchen awaits the youngsters. Young people can play pool, air hockey, table tennis, table football, various board, and card games. In addition, we offer the opportunity to use the latest game consoles and computers. All of this is accompanied by daily activities.

Perfil: Looking for a young man, since currently our youngsters are mainly supported by female
youth workers;
Courageous, ready to work in both of the centers, on the streets, and in public spaces;
Should not be scared of teenagers who are constantly testing boundaries and giving us
attitude (since we often deal with at-risk children);
huge advantage if the volunteer has technical or musical knowledge.
