Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-governmental organization established in 2004, run by a three-member board. All members of the association carry out community-based activities on a voluntary basis.

The main strategic objectives of the organization are related to the development and validation of education in the municipality of Tervel, support of the processes of education and training of children and young people, integration of minorities and impact on marginalized young people, involvement of young people in active participation in the non-formal education process , improving teaching and learning of languages, developing volunteering, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue.

The organization provides information, counseling and training on various topics; interacts with organizations for professional orientation and realization of young people; prepares programs and projects; discuss and make suggestions to the relevant authorities about the prospective development of the high school; take care of providing additional financial and material resources for the needs of the educational process in the school; motivates and informs minority groups about inclusion in the educational process and obtaining professional qualifications and competencies; creates partnerships with other non-governmental organizations and public sector organizations to meet the objectives of the association.
The hosting organization performs activities that develop the interests of young people, promote cultural diversity, form an active civic position, understanding and tolerance, and serve as a preventive activity and recreational activities for young people.

Tarefas: - a targeted and systematic impact on participants for their personal development, promotion of intercultural, inter-religious dialogue and linguistic diversity;
- Promoting a healthy lifestyle through sport, tourism and outdoor activities;
- Inclusion of European values.
At the School board the volunteers will working with young people, will participat in informal language courses, volunteering campaigns, sports activities with youth from the organization and from the city, early language training with children from kindergartens. He will have full freedom and support to realize his own ideas.
