Resumo: The hosting organization was established in 2000. It is a youth association which organizes projects connected to human rights, promotion of tolerance, voluntary service, support of local democracy, spreading information about programmes and possibilities for the development of youth and adults. One of the main aims is working on the civic attitudes of young people. The hosting organization is a regional organization that focuses on international work with young people, including youth exchanges, voluntary service and youth initiatives. We also cooperate with South Eastern Europe and EECA countries. Currently, the Associations gathers have 40 members, 70 volunteers and 8 full-time employees.

The main aims of the Association are:
- to promote international co-operation and understanding between young people from different countries and different cultures,
- to provide young people with the opportunity to gain international experience for their personal and professional development,
- making young people aware of their cultural heritage, as the base of their awareness,
- to develop regional, national and European consciousness of young people,
- promotion of volunteering- local and international, as a way towards active citizenship,
- promoting international co-operation and understanding among young people from different countries and cultures,
- to support the interest of young people in historical and political reality in Europe,
- to encourage the involvement of young people in cultural initiatives,
- to promote Poland and the Lower Silesia region in Europe.

Target groups – mainly youth, but also children, seniors, support workers (teachers, youth workers, etc)

The main profiles of our Association are:
- international youth exchanges, e.g. artistic and educational workshops,
- voluntary service - national and international field,
- international internships,
- cultural events,
- civil and democracy education - cooperation with youth councils in the region,
- conferences, training and seminars for young leaders and youth workers.

Tarefas: Implement a number of activities for:

- human rights;
- local activity;
- civic education;
- promotion of multiculturalism
- and undersatnding and acceptance of individual cultures.
In the volunteering program, participants will plan, prepare and carry out workshops aimed directly at school youth and students, as part of educational programs implemented by the Association. Indirectly, their iniciatives will also shape the intergenerational local community.

Promoting the culture and language of your country, conducting classes in human rights and tolerance, and intercultural meetings (online and offline).

The activities will be conducted in the city and inmany other polish cities, in line with activites of the association.
Supporting organization in the daily routine (like social media, creating content, support office work, helping with writing projects).
