Resumo: The hosting organization is a youth work organisation within the protestand church. We do church based youth work within parishes, organisations and groups. Our emphasis is to welcome and to integrate everyone, kids and youngsters, young people, everyone with their competencies and disabilities in the way they are, dispite where they come from or what they believe. Through various group meetings, workshops and services we listen to young people with their hopes, needs and questions.

So we want to be able doing this with partnerships in europe, preparing ways for young people to come together an learn from others hoping they come to appreciate. We are working based on the following general principle: As a community of employees and volunteers we are united in the ejr. We believe in the promises of the gospel and we invite young humans to arrange their life in the confidence on Jesus Christ. We develop forms and contents, how faith in the everyday life can be lived.
Assume: We arrange our work in the certainty that each human is loved by God. We respect them in their characteristic way, independently of their origin and religion. Girls and boys, children, young person and young adults, humans with their gifts and handicaps: We address young humans in their different situations of Life. We listen to young people with their hopes, necessaries and questions.

We accompany it on their search for values and sense of life. We want to make church attractively for young people. We want young humans to arrange and change their church actively. We create free spaces for them, in whom they develope their possibilities and strength. We analyze the status quo and learn from criticism. We think about what we do and try new things out. We encourage and support ourselves mutually. We co-operate as honoured and full-time employees and coworkers within different ranges effectively. We offer young humans perspectives and fun. We support the fact that young humans develop their possibilities by the organization of our living together with courage, responsibility and solidarity.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We expect fromt volunteers:
- a cultural and religious openness. This means appreciating other people and ways of life in their otherness, learning from them and to adapt to the best ability. It is about the willingness to be enriched and to enrich others, just like we live it in our work.
- at least of legal age and we expect independence and self-organization to handle with tasks in everyday life.
- basic language skills in German and and a high level of motivation to learn or develop it.
- experience in voluntary work
- drivers licence in class B

Tarefas: The project is a long-term voluntary service. It is intended to give young people the opportunity to become positive change makers in their society and to experience how beneficial mutual solidarity, inclusion and appreciation is. We want to create space in which the volunteers can discover and develop their own skills. In this project, the volunteers have the opportunity to tackle challenges in an international environment and to work with people of all walks of life.
Effects: The volunteers involved are more open minded and able to work in a team, have improved their language skills and have learned a lot about the forms of youth work. Through the use of creative methods such as circus education and multimedia in our Exhibition and through the experience in implementing these two main projects, the volunteers have gained innovative ways in which participation and community can be inclusive, low-threshold and appreciative.
