Resumo: The project aims to support the educational and social commitment and personal development of volunteers in Germany.
The project is structured to stimulate general skills and personal development of volunteers in a perspective of orientation towards the future life, while making them more sensitive and more active in terms of participation in civic and social issues.
The volunteer will have the opportunity to discover and explore many different themes in a safe environment that will ensure social inclusion and group cohesion. He/Her will have the chance to encounter a unique volunteering experience that will positively shape his/her personality and life path.

Perfil: ▪ Age from 18 to 30 Years old,
▪ Good knowledge of English language,
▪ Motivate to learn and develop skills for reflecting upon his/her learning and the development of his/her learning plan/objectives,
▪ Motivate to the engagement in society through volunteering,
▪ Familiar with social media management and content development,
▪ Verbal and written Communication skills.

Tarefas: ▪ Develop, implement, and manage strategy for each social media platform,
▪ Create engaging content for social media in text, image, and video format,
▪ Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels,
▪ Review analytics and create reports,
▪ Create and implement email and marketing automation campaigns supporting brand goals,
▪ Manage social media to support content strategy and grow presence of all brands across platforms,
▪ Engage with agency partners to review proposed tactics and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
