Resumo: The organization is one of the big sociocultural centers in the municipal, which offers services to the public. It is an up-to date information point about the differnt public services and a meeting point for the citizens of the district, where they can read the newspaper and take part in planned activities. The installations offer a administrative part, a room with magazines and newspapers, computer room, theater and meeting rooms.
We offer activites for children ( Friday son family, traditional games, handicraft,...), adults (pilates, yoga, computer courses, theater, encourage reading) and senior (therapeutic gymnastics, English for travel, activating memory ...), and other open activities such as exhibitions, video, etc, made on local and national holidays (Magosto, Christmas, Carnival, San Juan ...).

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for young volunteers with interest and motivation in cultural activities and leasure time with children and teenagers. We are looking for youngsters with capabilities of comunication, social skills, enthusiasts, creatives, with initiative and values and ideals about solidarity and europena identity. We value highly the desire and the motivation to participate in this experience.

Tarefas: The main objective is to promote knowledge and relationship with other different cultures among young Europeans who live within the same framework of coexistence, Europe.

It seeks to reflect on the common links and the differences between them and how enriching it is to have other points of view. The project also seeks an active role of volunteers in information about the European Solidarity Corps and about Europe.

Finally, we find it very enriching to know different ways of working from socio-cultural animation and education through leisure and free time activities in the different countries of the European Union. The volunteer will cooperate in the activities, events and campaigns of the Centro Sociocultural in the frame of leisure time activities for children, teenagers and adults.
