Resumo: The Hosting organization is all about reaching out to rural youth. We are an NGO committed to non-formal learning, to culture and to participation opportunities. Our focus is to improve education levels and community engagement for the young people living in rural environment in Romania. We take our work very seriously, yet we do it in a relaxed, witty and humorous spirit. A youthful spirit.

Our main goal is to revitalise rural environment. In our view, change finds its most fertile ground in the ones most aptly equipped for change: YOUTH. Their energy and their desire to set a new way of doing things inspired us to provide for them an organisational framework capable of allowing them to implement this change for themselves and for the community they live in. We believe that our projects function as a pilot initiative addressing the issues of rural development, educational access and better opportunities for the ones who need change and a better life within the rural area.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- motivation for international volunteering
- strong motivation to work and live in a rural area
- availability and motivation for a one year mobility
- strong interest in learning a different European language
- motivation in developing new competencies and learning about community development
- having basic English communication skills, spoken and written.
- motivation to do research in the community and to create video and text promotional materials out of it

Tarefas: The aim of the project is to create promotional materials and a promotional campaign for the commune in order to support the locals and further projects focused on the uniqueness of the local daily life.
The main activity of the project will be a 12 months mobility for 4 EU volunteers which will create the materials for promoting the community being at the same time in a safe and secure environment for personal development and for acquiring skills in order to boost their employability on the labor market.

Condições: - reimbursement of travel costs up to 275 euro in the end of the stay
- accommodation in a traditional house together with the rest of the volunteers
- food allowance and pocket money
- local transport bus permits and car when needed for activities
