Resumo: According to our mission statement, the hosting organization is highly committed to offering high quality international education to assist the progress of regional potential into global value. The organization is the Open Gate towards the World, the nest where we cultivate knowledgeable students, international spirit and personalities of global leaders. Our main objective is to support the potential of children and young people in the north-western part of our country to become successful in life as valuable grown ups and as professionals too. Within the last 6 years, we have been supporting the cultural initiatives among youngsters & teachers alike, at national, regional and international levels.

Perfil: Volunteers should be over 18 years old, primarily with fewer opportunities and need to be interested in learning & personal development, enjoy working with kids & youth, be open & tolerant to other cultures. Flexibility is required, as they'll work in a multicultural environment as part of an international team. Being responsible, positive, energetic, communicative & a basic level of English is desirable to ease communication during project activities & within the international project team of staff & volunteers.

Tarefas: This project will take place in the city of Baia Mare & 14 other rural & urban communities from the Metropolitan Area, within AIST & local partner premises. The geographic scope of the project covers Romania & other EU Programme countries, involving several other promoters acting as SOs. Our project has during Year III 3 youth mobilities, with both on-line and face-2-face activities with diverse target groups: from kindergarten (4-6) primary (7-11) secondary, to highschool & university students.
