Resumo: The hosting organization wants to develop new non formal training courses, workshops, laboratories for local
disadvantaged youngsters... In order to improve the young people's expressive and judgemental capacity and
the quality of the context, the organization with the KEYLAB project proposes innovative workshops, conducted with
modern didactic and methodological tools, mainly based on "cooperative learning", "peer education", "flipped classroom" with a playful and non-formal approach. All volunteers will be supported by experienced staff and an "Agile" methodology will be applied, encouraging the volunteer to learn information management techniques, coaching and project management.

In all the workshops, instruments other than
books and frontal lessons will be preferred, with a prevalent group activity, in which photos, films, music will
be used and shared, with moments of play and humour, sports or dramatization (dance, theatre, stories...),
including group "outings" and guided tours in places of environmental and cultural interest and will also
implement advanced technological tools and modern presentation and communication software such as
Prezi, Powtoon, Kahoot... which will allow volunteers to make a real leap in quality to their skills.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: o Participate together with the staff, volunteers and teachers of FUTURA in meetings for the activation and development of activities.
o Cooperate in researching, adapting, developing interesting and involving activities, games, tests, contests, quiz in non formal, efficient, pleasant, wonderful way!
o Promote European awareness activities, use Agile briefing, brainstorming, self reflection, updating and promoting activities.
o Administer and elaborate monitoring and verification reports of own activity and cooperate the realization of a mini-event at the end of the project.
