Resumo: Cultural Association activated in the Fine Arts era, in Cultural conscience & Cultural issues related to"Quality of Life and Sustainable Environment development. The organization is strongly connected to Fine Arts Innovation, Research & Education and supports youth activism via creativity and arts. Through regular artistic activities and festivals facilitates Artists’ sociability and Cultural Heritage vigilance. The organization cooperates with public authorities and private associations or companies sharing common aims or interests. The organization was a non-formal group of artists between 1997-1999. EER acquired its legal form in April 1999. Since2013 festivals have been acknowledged for their importance as to be nominated under the aegis of Ministries of Tourism, Culture, Education, Foreign Affairs & Interior (Macedonia - Thrace Region).

ACTIVITIES
The organization collaborates with other institutions and Associations related to Fine Arts, Tradition, Research, Health and Education, Sustainable Environment and Quality of Life aiming to the quality EER services development linear to contemporary social needs and ICT standards; EERcomt participates in research projects related to Fine Arts and a) education, b) health, c) elite performance, d) innovation, e) disabled etc. For more about our Annual Activities, please visit our official website http://esai.gr/eer under the label SERVICES > Projects.

Since 2019, our office has been transfered to ANTHOKIPOUS Polichnis, near to a local neglected area, previously a former camp, potentially KARATASOU PARK. This factor, claimed his presence to our activistic plans, gaining priority of higher importance: We already plan to moove and act inside the park, with outdoor activities, activistic events related to Eco-system protection and healthy lifestyles in the city,especially when the particular region is a Thessaloniki's suburb of inferior quality.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The current project aims to strengthen social community, to support cultural heritage & to utilize arts & creativity as a median for social activism. The current project focuses in cultural identity & its importance for personal development.
By developing a strong core of our own cultural history we build a positive cultural identity for ourselves, gain a sense of belonging & facilitate our overall well-being. Cultural identification facilitates the individual's social connections & a sense of belonging to the community, even if the community's cultures are different to our culture. Having a positive sense of belonging helps youth to move between cultures with greater ease and confidence, increasing their engagement.
In turn, belonging builds youngster’s self-esteem and resilience, & reduces the likelihood to experience depression or anxiety disorders. There are young disadvantaged & disabled people that would like to experience youth work in benefit of Cultural Heritage. Cultural heritage plays a marginal role in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Cultural heritage empowerment is essential for setting cities and human settlements in inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable frames & facilitates cultural and natural heritage" safeguard and protection.
