Resumo: According to our mission statement, our organization is highly committed to offering high quality international education to assist the progress of regional potential into global value. AIST is the Open Gate towards the World, the nest where we cultivate knowledgeable students, international spirit and personalities of global leaders. Our main objective is to support the potential of children and young people in the north-western part of our country to become successful in life as valuable grown ups and as professionals too. Within the last 6 years, we have been supporting the cultural initiatives among youngsters & teachers alike, at national, regional and international levels.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
need to be interested in learning & personal development, enjoy working with kids & youth, be open & tolerant to other cultures. Flexibility is required, as they'll work in a multicultural environment as part of an international team. Being responsible, positive, energetic, communicative & a basic level of English is desirable to ease communication during project activities & within the international project team of staff & volunteers.

Tarefas: The volunteer’s main role is to assist in extra-curricular and non-formal educational activities, coordinate indoor and outdoor activities, on-line and presential, non-formal educational programes for kids and youth, typical and underprivileged, from 15 urban and rural environments, within various events, with the hosting organization & local partners. Also they will be actively involved in designing & implementing activities of social inclusion through non-formal educational methods.

Horário: 35 h/week, 2 days off every weekend, free bank/religious holidays plus 2 days monthly holiday.

Condições: Travel: project coordinator informs counterparts/volunteers on travel routes & prices to match set budget. The organization reimburses eligible costs to SO/EVSer using transport documents, invoices & boarding passes/tickets needed to justify travel. The organization will provide volunteers with bikes for local transport & bus tickets for activities in rural areas outside the city.
Accommodation: EVSers will be hosted in safe & central lodging, all facilities & utilities included,
food allowance 90 euro/month - volunteer's allowance, training courses & mentoring included.
Bikes for local transport & reimburse public transport for activities within urban & rural areas.
