Resumo: The coordinating organization is an International, Humanitarian and Independent Institution based in Cyprus. Our Institution is established on standards and principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and European Union Law.
It works on humanitarian and development policy relevant to the defence and promotion of children’s rights. It does so through research, grassroots program design and implementation and advisory services offered to governments and international organizations. Our vision is to contribute to the protection and promotion of rights of the child and to support the active participation of youth in society.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Shelter
ASSIST - Updating documents, the boards, the minors database, to keep a constant process of information answering email and calls, opening the gate Accompanying the minors to the school, to the hospital, to trainings or workplace.

INTEGRATE - Supporting job and flat searching. Getting to know the Cypriot culture.

EDUCATE - Propose lessons Organise activities (art, education, sports, visits...)

UNDERSTAND - Make research on unaccompanied minors´s needs Be attentive of the minors' needs

COOPERATE -Communicating with the team your questions, difficulties and success stories.


Headquarters
COMMUNICATE - Promoting the HFC' s initiatives

RESEARCH - Learning about Children's rights, gender equality etc.

SUPPORT - Assisting the workshops, fundraising events and conferences

PROPOSE - Following-up on current projects and proposing new ones

PARTICIPATE - Participating in the implementation of the different projects.
