Resumo: A valuable resource of Foundation are its employees: solid team consists of eight people, including three specialists from fundraising and coordination of projects. Annually, on the projects employ on a contract or work order about 20 people. Foundation also use the help of interns from Work Office (1 pers. / year) and European volunteers of the Erasmus+ (4 pers. / year ). Accounting is conducted by an external company, the same since almost 10 years. We have a solid substantive partners e.g. various Roma Association in Poland; Center for Information and Social Development.
The main sources of funding are: Human Capital Operational Programme from EU Funds, Lower Silesia Governor's Office, Ministry of Administration and Digitization, Municipality, Erasmus+ Programme, Visegrad Fund, private sponsors.
The main goal of the Foundation Prom is to integrate and support people from disadvantaged backgrounds; to enable them to participate in educational and cultural events; to promote them in society; to fight against discrimination, intolerance and lack of acceptance towards the most helpless groups in Poland (the poorest, unemployed, Roma minority). The major need is to break off the negative stereotypes and know each other by acting together.
Perfil: Age: 18-30
We would like to host people who:
- love working with children;
- having some experience in work with kids/scouting/babysitting;
- are motivated to go abroad for a longer period of time
- are creative and imaginative, having organizational skills;
- speak cumminicative English (concerning candidates to schools)
- flexible, friendly, helpful;
- like to work in big groups;
- are responsible and trustworthy;
- want to learn Polish language;
- able to do medical check up;
- not appearing in the criminal record.
- are ready to work with local community and to promote the project
Tarefas: We are looking for 1 participant to work in English speaking primary school (English required).
