Resumo: The hosting organization is happy to welcome volunteers who want to know more about eco-green and community lifestyle. Our life is based on simplicity, service, sharing, learning, autonomy and internal deepening, and every being (humans, plants and animals) has an important role. If you find a common purpose with us and you resonate with it, join us and let’s co-create!

Our philosophy:
Intercultural exchange and personal growth
Our goal is to promote an intercultural exchange and a mutual enrichment between the volunteers and our centre. New experiences and sharings in a foreign country usually provide volunteers with personal and professional growth, which can increase youth employability. Ideally after the project, each of them will have a more environment-oriented attitude and will keep on learning how to be a respectful citizen both socially and environmentally.

Learning by doing and in autonomy
Our centre is like a laboratory, where volunteers can explore their talents and interests in order to learn how to create, develop and accomplish different things. We provide guidance and workshops by professionals, through a non-formal education methodology. Because we firmly believe that the best way to learn is by doing.

Deeper connection with ourselves and nature
Throughout the program we motivate all volunteers to go for an inner journey ofself-knowledge, awareness and connection with themselves and nature. With different tools and activities like yoga, rituals, work in nature, etc., we want to share our love for the environment and the importance of being centered and in peace to really
take care of ourselves, the others and everything around us.

Non-Violence and Eco-Activism
Non-violence activism is a way of doing things that stems from a way of being. So, to act in a non-violent way, we first have to transform things and ideas in us, in order to express our (new) principles in everything that we do. Together with more ecologists and movements, we create and collaborate in different actions, events and projects to work for peace and justice and create awareness of the environment.



This year, we will focus more on nature connection, how to be more aware of our impact in the world, yoga and meditation events, gardening, creativity and holistic sustainability. So, if you are interested in being our partner, and sending organization for possible volunteers, it would be great if you can share our call among your network and we can collaborate together :)

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - Take care of the animals.
- Participate in daily life by cooking great and conscious food.
- Clean the common spaces and managing the waste.
- Take care of the green spaces, wa tering plants, maintaining trees and vegetables.
- W ork in the organization’s project s or supporting a personal project from other volunteer.
- Make sure that the norms of the camping are being respected.
- W elcome customers and supporting the local staff in logistics
- Assist the team in event’s organization.
- Share knowledge on how to behave to reduce the human impact on the environment in our daily life.
- Participate and support in Youth Exchanges organized and hosted by the cooperative.
- Always contribute in building a positive atmosphere.
