Resumo: We are an association and we live people with mental disabilities, through life in 5 homes like a family (7-9 persons in each home), and through daily activities in worshops. We host 4 CES volunteers each year, for 11 months (it can be more or less).

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The volunteer must be motivated to experience a life together, to create a bond and to accompany adults with mental disabilities. Openness, adaptation, motivation to learn French, sociability are required. The driving license is strongly recommended (but not an obligation) to be able to move easily (we are a small village of campaign)

Tarefas: The volunteers share the daily life of people with mental disabilities during the day's activities, from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:00. They join a team of employees and provide support for the animation of the various activities. The volunteers integrate one of the 4 workshops of the association: craft workshop, Green Spaces workshop (ecology, wood, maintenance of green spaces ...), Cana Sucre workshop (cooking and manual activities), La Source workshop (various activities for disabled people aging).

Condições: The volunteers are housed in a studio or a flat near one of the homes. They can share the flat with others. Meals can be shared with people in the household, or taken in the flat. The volunteer receives, in addition to pocket money, € 124/month for food if the meals are not taken with people in the household, and € 60/month for travel and transport for weekends. The volunteer can use a car of the association if he/she has the driving license.
