Resumo: The youth education centre is a registered association of the free youth welfare. As an educational institution we offer, with more than 240 beds, a huge capacity for hosting youth groups, youth organizations and educational associations. The youth education center provides numerous possibilities of educational and leisure programs together with the sports youth- Organization forms and addresses a qualitative educational program in the field of the extracurricular youth education to youngsters and young adults as well as youthworkers and socialworkers. On the generous outside area, in the middle of pinery and directly besides the Lake various projects of education, leisure, sport and free-time activities can be realized.
The youth education centre have disposes an own harbour with connection with the aquatic sports areas in the land.
The centre welcomes nearly 22,000 visitors with more than 55,000 overnight stays a year. There are about 40 full-and part-time employees . Approximately 150 part-time employees and Honorary Staff are involved in temporary events and projects.

Since more than 10 years the centre is active in international youth work with partners from different European countries.

Thereby, the working approaches of the centre are:

• Learning together in small groups
• Relaxed and stimulated learning atmosphere
• Modern and participant-oriented seminars
• methods of adult education

Perfil: You have between 18 and 30 years old

You are ready to live 12 months in a countryside, aswell in winter!
+
You have a general interest to mentor children and nyoungsters in education projects and to organize projects.
+
You know German a little or want to learn the language.

Condições: Travel costs for the arrival and departure will be covered by the program, calculated through a distance chart
The accommodation costs will be covered
