Resumo: The project is coordinated by The City of Kouvola Youth Services. By hosting an ESC volunteer, the host organization would like to bring multicultural and international flavour to permanent programs. The volunteer will be part of our team.

He/she is integrated in the preparation, execution and reflection of programs and initiatives in which the City of Kouvola Youth Services is involved. This includes for example educational work in the area of intercultural openness in youth work and participation in activities offered by cooperating organisations (Youth Center Anjala, Multicultural Centre Saaga, Kulttuuripaja Kulta).

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- We are looking for a young person between 18 and 30 years old who is
- able to conversate in English
- interested in youth work
- likes to play and communicate with young people and likes to listen. Each worker in the team is some kind of a role model, also the volunteer. The most important activity is to get in contact with the young visitors in youth club. Sometimes the youth leaders presence is the most important, and some days the only job in youth houses.
- interested in promoting ESC, managing the social media of the Youth Services and other organisations, produce photos, videos and other informative material
- digital gaming is more and more popular amongst youth, having some knowledge of digital/online gaming would be great

Condições: - accomodation with other two volunteers and international exchange students in one fully equipped apartment with shared bathroom and kitchen (Adress: Kouvolankatu 28)
