Resumo: The hosting organization is a progressive teaching private school for primary and secondary level also including a private kindergarten. It is a non-profit-organisation run by an association of parents and teachers.
In our school we have about 80 children from six to sixteen years who develop in self-organized learning, attended by adults in a respectful way.
We also organise pedadogic workshops not only for the members of our organisation, but also for all interested people. We spread our ideas respectful and self-organised learning, equality and tolerance and also peace education in events like a christmas market or a flea market where we get in contact with many people of our region.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are currently looking for an english speaking volunteer (native speaker or very fluent in English)

Tarefas: The activities of this project include the daily curriculum, participation and preparation of activities and school projects and preparation for and participiation in extra-curricular activities such as school trips, summer camp, Christmas market or flea market.
We have experience with volunteer projects and have already attended two volunteers from Spain and one from Turkey in the last years.

We need YOU, if you are interested in pedagogic, teaching, working with children of all ages and developping projects with children, parents and teachers. Experience is not required, but you should have a strong motivation for living and working with children in a non-conventional way.
