Resumo: The coordinating organization creates and applies social innovations that support integration of persons from various socially vulnerable groups within the manifold society. The coordinating organization has convoked the initiative team, composing from office and external experts, in order to ensure this aim. The coordinating organization is distinctive by application of the complex problem solving pattern, direct inclusion of the socially vulnerable groups and youth in the civic activities. The mission and aims of the organization are implemented by:

- Supporting society and socially vulnerable groups for interaction and developing mutual understanding;
- Promoting active participation, inclusion of the socially vulnerable groups within active economic and social activities;
- Organizing non-formal Human Rights education;
- Integrating social entrepreneurship as a solution for the local marginalized groups;
- Advocating and promoting social entrepreneurship;
- Advocating and promoting free, critical media.

Regular activities. Organization simultaneously runs 6 different programmes:
- Journalism education programme;
- Non-formal humans rights education (All Different - All Equal programme; Living Library)
- Social Taxi;
- NVO Beehave;
- Innovators valley in Antaliepte;
- Senjoro.

Target groups:

Organization aims on socially vulnerable groups and seeks to include them into society through educating and informing society about the issues (living library, journalist education and all different- all equal programs); providing vulnerable groups with more abilities (Social taxi for people with movement disabilities, living library as a chance to speak out, Senjoro works with elderly people) and empowering people to solve society's and vulnerable groups problems through social business (Innovators valley in Antaliepte.)

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are expecting from you:
- Language skills in English or Russian;
- Intrest and passion about the human rights;
- Motivation to develop and implement human rights education methods;
- Primary knowledge or motivation to learn events management skills;
- Motivation to work with people from different social groups.

Tarefas: The organization have more than 10 years’ experience working in field of human rights. We are inviting you to participate in human rights education program. We are using non-formal education methods and working with young people, from different social groups, with experts, who are active in teenager’s education system and with all community in Lithuania. Programs: - Human library - it is a non-formal education program that promotes interpersonal communication with socially vulnerable groups. In an interpersonal conversation, a person from a social group becomes a 'book' and another person becomes a 'reader'. - Peer2peer educators - human rights education program for teenagers and young people. - Lithuania Refugees support and integration network - it is a network of governmental organizations, business sector and non-governmental organizations that seek to facilitate the integration of refugees in Lithuania.

- We are renting the living place;
- We are paying pocket moneys (4.00 EUR/day);
- We are carying for food and other basic needs;
- We are organising short Lithuanian language courses
