Resumo: The coordinating organization is a non-governmental organization from north - eastern of Poland, working on local, regional and international level. We actively participate in development of our region and promote the civil and social activity among inhabitants. We act to promote the intercultural exchange and dialog between different cultures and people from different cultural and social ground. Our target groups are: mainly kids and youth, but also their parents, teachers, youht workers, youth leaders and also seniors.

We cooperate very close with: local house of culture, local Kindergarden, Primary and Secondary School, Hospice Foundation of Oncology in our community and other public institutions like also with a lot of other institutions and NGO's from our region. Main aims of our activities are: creation of conditions for the international understanding, rising the public and social involvement, dissemination of the idea of national and international voluntary service, promotion of the cultural diversity, active work in ecology and environmental protection sector, taking actions against unemployment and social exclusion. Furthermore we want to promote active leisure time and healthy lifestyle. We want to contribute to the development of openness and tolerance among people of our community, especially the young and children, but also between different generations.

Our regular activities are:
-educational activities for kids and youth in fields of non-formal education, global education, activecitizienship, youth participation in democracy, sustainable development, environmental and ecological education,
- preparing, sending, hosting and accompanying volunteers and trainees in different local institutions, supporting idea of volunteering in local enviroment,
- organizinginternational youth exchanges, international summer work camps, workshops for youth leader;
- animation of the cultural live by preparing trainings, educational-seminars, cultural parties;
- activities in field of heritage protection (like for instance renovation works on old Jewish or German cemeteries in our region);
- organizing free time activities for kids and youngsters (in form of summer camps, leisure-time-activity with sport, circus and theatre methods etc.);
- support of other local NGO's.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for volunteers should be interested in ecological topics and ecological lifestyles, dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about ecology. Also, volunteers ready to collaborate with children with mental and physical disabilities. We would like to welcome someone with an open mind and heart.

Tarefas: We want to involve the volunteers in all our regular activities and propose the following tasks:
- support in all regular activities, workshops, and events
- support in the preparation of cultural events and music festivals, exhibitions, conference, etc.
- support in administrative tasks (like creating posters, flyers, actualization on Facebook and website)
- organization of indoor and outdoor activities for children (during winter and summer holidays)
- conducting own workshops in fields of arts, theatre, sound and music, photography, film, handicraft)
- support activities in the village centers by organizing games for kids and hand-made art activities
- creating own events, circles of interests for kids, youngsters and/or adults, preparing activities about ecology and zero waste,
- Promoting ecological lifestyle
– reducing waste, awareness of ecological footprint of each of us,
- Organizing educational activities and performances

Condições: The volunteers would be accommodated in a dormitory (high school building) in their own room with access to toilets and bathrooms equipped with the showers. One of the rooms in the dormitory will be adapted for a kitchen with access to a fridge and a microwave. It also possible to use the kitchen downstairs. By living in a dormitory volunteers could enjoy all-day dining in the cantine.
