Resumo: Our organization was made by people who wants to change own local community. We collected 16 members of our association to act together for us and for people around us - our town and region. Establishing our association was meant for 3 reasons: creation of community center, European Volunteer Service and Volunteer's Centre.

Main aim of our association is increasing local activitism of citizens by enabling them to act as volunteers.
Target groups of the organization are the local citizens, people and institutions who want to work on the field of local activitism, mainly volunteering.

We were established in January 2015, but people working there (actually 5 people) have big experience in working in different NGO and local institutions. We are all over 30 years old, having more than 13-20 years experience organizing local and international project in Poland and on international level.

From September 2015 we started to host, send and coordinate volunteers as the Association. In 2017 we are hosting/coordinating almost 20 EVS what made us one of the biggest EVS organization in Poland.
We are proffessionalist on the field of EVS, that is why we are developing volunteer center and spirit in our town.

In addition, we are the only organization in town that deals with intercultural education. Thanks to our foreign volunteers and other international activities we make a great world of hardships.
International meetings (presentations for about 50 people per month), workshop themes (Brazil, Uganda etc.) and language workshops we have become a truly international center in our city. We meet close to 100 people every month who participate in our activities.

Perfil: We are looking for motivated candidates with a proactive, creative and problem-solving attitude, at least basic knowledge of English and organisational skills. A creative person who enjoys speaking in front of a crowd and who is motivated to develop events and activities that strengthen the integration between polish and international students, kids, youngsters. Ready to work with people of different age, not scared of daily routine. The volunteer must be mature, open-minded and able to work based on his/her own initiative, but also work in close cooperation with the staff at the project.

Tarefas: Be a helper! Be a leader! Be a volunteer! European Solidarity Corps (ESC) gives you a chance to go abroad, live in another country, work and learn, meet with other cultures, implement your ideas and your contribution to the local community!
The main missions for the volunteer will be:
1. Educational and pedagogical activities plus promoting non-formal education methods,
2. European cultural openness and various forms of cultural education,
3. Joint project with the 16 volunteers in the 8 different hosting places

Condições: Accommodation is covered by Coordinating Organisation. Volunteers live in shared rooms and in mixed-gender flats with other volunteers (max. 2 in the room), 10 - 30 minutes from CO office. Every flat has an internet connection.
Food allowance: 430 PLN/ full month. The sum is enough for own cooking in the flat. During the weekdays you should bring own food to the workplace for lunch.
Pocket money: 120 EUR/ full month for own expenses. T
ravel budget - real cost till the limit from travel distance calculator supported by the European Commission. Amount from 10 – 360 EUR for both sides.
