Resumo: This is an organization of supplementary education and activities of interest, which contributes all-round development of the individual, despite the age. Centre works in three fields: 1. Education of interests 2. Activities of interests 3. Youth and cultural work
The organization is open for co-operation. Participants of hobby groups, the students of fine arts and dance departments always take part in the Sillamäe town events, state and international events and contests.
The organization has lots of traditional events- concerts, exhibitions, New Year's performances, summer camps, international festival of dance styles, town competition of young singers, Children’s day and new projects. Workers of the organiation have participated in seminars to exchange experiences, as well as hosted colleagues from other schools and youth organizations.
Our centre is very active in the field of international youth work, we make own projects and participate in different projects.

Perfil: Age:18-30

Tarefas: There are a lot of opportunities for learning and Service for volunteers in our Youth Centre:
• opportunity to participate in every hobby-class work (now we have 14 hobby groups: Academic singing, English, Vocal group, Guitar, Group gymnastics, Leatherwork, Drama, Percussion instruments, Workshop of craftwork, Décor, Handicraft, Dancing, Sewing, Gymnastics and 2 departments of fine arts and dance), to learn new in choosen field or to give own lesson in this area
• opportunity to introduce own culture and traditions, organizing different events and activities and opportunity to learn local culture, traditions, history, participating in events organized by our centre
• language practice and language teaching
• experience of working in children’s summer camps
• opportunity to run own projects using local resources
• opportunity to create english version of our organization’s homepage and to develop it, to make new design
• opportunity to create your music tracks for our dance presentations
• it is possible to try yourself as a youthworker, as a leader of any hobby-group, as a children’ s camp worker
• it is possible to cooperate with our youth TV (works in our Centre) and to make videos about our town, about our country, youth work.
• it is possible to organize and run events about opportunities of new program Erasmus+
• it is possible to create new hobby group in our centre with new topic and area
