Resumo: The youth service wants, through the attendance, the practice and the discovery of numerous structures and activities, to allow each child, The European Union is committed to promoting the development of young people and the development of young people. According to his possibilities, we put him in a position to develop his creativity, his sense of responsibility, his initiative, a better knowledge of himself and others.

The reception of the municipal welcomes children from 3 to 12 years in premises located in the village. Teenagers (11-17 years old) are welcomed at the Espace Jeunes and the sports hall.
It also organises youth exchanges.

The recreation centre welcomes the children of the neighbouring town (1000 inhabitants).

The youth service works regularly in partnership with local associations and the media library.
It also participates in specific actions with the surrounding youth structures: teen stay, communal animations...

For a small rural municipality like this one, welcoming a young volunteer seems to us to be a good way to open up to another culture, to provoke exchange, to become aware of the European reality and to live it with children and adolescents first and also more broadly with the local population.

Perfil: The most important criteria are the volonteer's motivation and desire to participate fully in this project in a small rural community, and also to be able to work and empathise with children ages 3 to 12 years old and teenagers. The volonteer needs to have an ability to communicate and his own expierience, coupled with a desire to discover a new culture.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The missions that we will entrust to our volunteer concern the youth service and the animation service of the city. It will be guided and followed by his referent; the volonteer will find all the support he needs to his functions with the animation team. Activities will be progressive and depend on the ease and the desire of the volunteer small community of the Youth centre - Participation in the activities on wednesdays and school holidays at the youth centre with children aged 3 to 12 years old (creatives activities, science activities, sports, etc...). During the summer holidays the volonteer will take part in activities and developpe himself/herself activities (for example about his/her country). With the teeanagers (12 - 17 years), the volonteer could take part of the project. With other local partnersr (associations, school, library,...) the volonteer will participate in ponctual events around his culture/country. Participation to meeting about ESC
