Resumo: The project provides volunteer with the opportunity to gain professional experience in learning non-formal activities in alternative approach- nature connection,ecology, NVC (nonviolent communication) and others democratic values. Volunteer will participate in creative educational activities, various development groups, outdoor sportm active trainings, cultural and artistic events, meetings, exhibitions, outdoors trips, languange classes.
Why living alternative education? There are many reasons:
- Firstly, because education is living process. As John Dewey said: Education is a process of living and not a preparation for future living.

And what else?
- Because we teach about life. About nature, plants and animals.
- Because when we educate about human relations, the ways of communication; even when we help people to look inside themselves
- we have nature in the background.
And finally:
- Because education, the need forgiving, sharing with others is vivid inside us.

Perfil: - Age: 18-30
- enjoy working with young peopleof fewer opportunities and dooing creative activities with them;
- are motivated, eager to take initiatives, open minded, flexible;
- are empathic, patient, able to show friendliness and comprehension to the childre;
- are socially active, eager to work for local community. Communicative and ready to face challenges that international cooperation brings;
- motivated to teach a language and also to learn new languages;
- have artistic & creative skills (painting/drawing, dancing, singing, manuel skills) or willing to learn new ones;
- understand the important to respect to the children perceived as young people and be ready for non-violent contact as well as conflict solving;
- want to get more self-confidence and leadship skills;
- want to learn how to become a therapist/educator and help others;

Tarefas: - Support to the teachers and educators in taking care of thekids;
- Creating own educational projects with kids, nature based classes;
- Organization and supporting school promotional projects in the local community;
- organization of non-formal educational activities in english or spanhish;
- Organization of active and creative activities with the pupils in accordance with personal skills, interests and passions using non-formal methods.

Volunteer´s additional activities during their service:
-learning polish;
- promoting European values in local community, the idea of EU, Erasmus+ European volunteering;
- conducting English, portuguese, italian, french, spanish or your mother language classes using active and creative non-formal methods;
-implementation of own activities, depending on the volunteer´s interests, using non-formal methods;
- evaluation meeting for youthpass certificate;
- sharing your success story - FB/Instagram/blog/radio station/youtube;
- participation in trainings on soft skills and non-formal education methods

Horário: work 6/7 hours per day

- Pocket money - 120euros/month;
