Resumo: The association was founded in 2009 by the members of Slovenian LGBTIQ+ NGOs, as a result of the increasing scope of the Pride Parade. Since its founding, the Association has organized 10 annual Pride Parades and accompanying cultural and political festivals. The purpose of the Association is to contribute to creating a non-discriminatory and inclusive society, open to all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender or sexual identity or any other personal circumstance.

The Association is established for the implementation of human rights and interests of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ+) people. The organisation is operating as a Youth Organisation, meaning that the majority of its membership and leadership structure needs to be under 29 years of age and we are particularly interested in researching and representing the needs of LGBTIQ+ youth.
