Resumo: The Cultural Association was founded in 2007 to promote integration and community spirit and promote European culture and awareness among young people. The Cultural Association acts locally as a tool to help and support the implementation of non-formal education courses and improve practical knowledge of European labor system.

We organize courses, visits and meetings, European events for public and private entities on policies relating to young people, mobility, sports, local economic development, culture and cooperation with developing countries. We believe that transnational experience could offer young people the opportunity to grow within a European dimension through their personal and professional skills, so they can become the best players in the European future. Since its founding, the association has participated in various activities to promote and foster European mobility and its members have sufficient mobility experience as trainers.

Our goals are:To building bridges and promote social development in EuropeTo promote intercultural dialogue and promote understanding of foreign cultures.-Submit European projects to promote participation.-Support any cultural, educational and / or artistic from the above expression values.

TARGET GROUP
We work with organizations in the fields of culture, education and youth, so we have a broad target group. In general, we focus on anyone interested in art, culture, heritage and European issues, especially those looking for an experience abroad and in need of a grant or funding.This group includes people of all ages and backgrounds, but we are more specialized in youth: Most of our users are unemployed under 30 years, with few opportunities to obtain funding for the development of studies and activities in Spain or abroad and few skills.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are searching for a motivated volunteer with interest in be an active member of our organization, planning to speak using the radio and the web tv. The volunteers will also offer his/her time to teach to others what he/she will learn first, promote the activities at local level and be our personal embassandor for youth!

Tarefas: Our volunteers use to learn how to create and manage a web radio and a web tv, but also how to use a wordpress blog, and copywriting and storytelling techniques. The volunteers will be protagonist of personal radio shows and video shows but also will cooperate to teach to other local participants to create a huge community.
