Resumo: We are a young, nongovermental organisation that operates in the northern part of Slovakia. Our main goal is creating conditions that allow the young person self-potential development, self-realization and fulfillment of their needs to become personalities responsible for their life and personalities, which are interested in active participation on life of local but also foreign community.

First we provide the low-threshold club Cool Club, which offers offers: an opportunity to use free time as an alternative to wandering the streets or visiting local pubs and bars, a Club bar (informal space), where young people can freely sit, and mutual relationships built by free talking with non-alcoholic drinks, coffee or tea. We organize different activities, which are close to young people´s interest and needs: Projection film with interesting, inspirational and valuable ideas, Playing games, Discussion evenings on various topics with interesting guests, Indoor and outdoor adventure programs for personal development, Adrenaline sports (powerskip, airsoft, slackline, ...), Fitness, Events (city games, various concerts, life in Bethlehem, ...), Youth hostel (in Ustie nad Priehradou, where different camps, spiritual retreats, workshops and lectures are held.
In general, through our activities we provide space for nonformal meetings, camp, trainings ..., create opportunities for involvement in volunteering and active citizenship (volunteering opportunities within the organization), support activities to facilitate access young people into the labor market (workshops, lectures, job fairs, ...), and outdoor activities (hiking, geocashing, rafting, ...)

Also an abroad mobilities (exchanges, EVS) is a necessary part of our activities. We see a big effect of EVS and mobilities in general because of a lot of experiences gained through it for our local young people and volunteers from abroad. We were successful in a lot of foreing project and because of a positive feedback, we want to continue and provide more and more in this area.

Perfil: Looking for responsible and carrying 18-30 years old volunteer respecting the functioning and religion principles of the hosting organization, its members and the local community. We do not require any specific knowledge or skills. The project is open to all young people who are motivated to learn, acquire new skills and experience in working with a with a non-profit organization, participate in organizational learning activities, and also want to develop their skills in working with people from the local community. We are open only for volunteers from programme countries.

Tarefas: Volunteers will become part of team of our centre and help with programmes for young people, they can choose between activities of experiential pedagogy or spiritual activities connected to values, prepare presentations about volunteering for schools and also prepare activities for local community. Volunteers wil be also involved in running the centre, including maintenance and equipment care.
