Resumo: The association is an organization of volunteering employed since 2012 in activities of international cooperation in Tanzania, Uganda and Nepal and in the implementation of development interventions on the place. The organization promote the culture of sharing and co-development, of the ecology, of hospitality and respect of human rights with an approach oriented to the awareness and to improvement of the life quality.

Over the years, the Association has worked with national and international projects concerning volunteering, the aware tourism, the disability, migration, Education to Development and Peace in the schools. The organization is sending, coordinating and hosting organization with projects of individual or international mobility. The association is also part of the territorial network of associations working on promotion of activities in the schools, migration, education to the differences and support to vulnerable subjects.

The organization involves young people in training and educational projects both in Italy and abroad, where they experience a range of educational and cultural activities.

In the past years the organization promoted many interventions in the schools (Project Schools) starting from the national project EAS (education to development). In this way the association met the students, teachers, coordinators and it understood how many strong is the need of initiatives involved in creation of moments of reflection, dialogue among different cultures, education to the difference.

Perfil: • 18 -30 years old
• Interest for migration and intercultural education
• volunteers who are dynamic, creative, sociable, willing to spend time with needy persons and patient in working with them
• people who have a strong motivation to develop intercultural and mediation skills
• inclination to leave in a multicultural environment

Tarefas: (4 volunteers: one from Egypt, one from Portugal, one from Turkey and one from Tunisia) –
Activity 1: EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS ON LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL DIFFERENCES: the volunteers will be involved in the logistic organization and in the practical realization of the workshops to be carried out in schools through cartoons, games and non-formal education techniques.

Sub-activities:
WORKSHOP 1: intercultural language learning activities - there will be bilingual ice breakers (Italian-English) working on getting to know the group of pupils and welcoming others.

WORKSHOP 2: bilingual dialogues (Italian-English) - through the use of storytelling as a pedagogical and didactic tool and the usage of vignettes and interactive material, aiming at learning linguistic and cultural differences. Indeed, linguistic knowledge plays a central role in determining pupils' learning modalities, as children learn through an active process of manipulation and transformation of oral and written language.

WORKSHOP 3: Round Dance - starting from a game that unites all areas of the globe and taking advantage of the different geographical origin of the volunteers, songs and rhymes will be used to valorize the beauty of cultural diversity.

WORKSHOP 4: final meeting - a closure event is planned, which will be the moment of the dissemination of the project's results as well as a moment of sharing among all the actors involved.of the sending associations.
