Resumo: The Association is a non-profit and non-political organization, established in 2009 in Romania, which aims to develop communities through active participation, volunteering, cultural and non-formal education.

The vision of the organization is to engage citizens in order to develop them into leaders of positive and sustainable change for their communities.
The organization is one of the most active youth and community development association from North-East Romania, and has an important portfolio of good practices in activating youth through volunteering and non-formal education.
The MISSION of the organization is to support the progress of communities in all fields.

Its priorities are:
* To create opportunities for young people to develop themselves personally, professionally, and socially so they can create positive change in their communities
* To promote the interests of youth on a social, cultural, educational, physical and economic level
* To promote the recognition and acceptance of diversity as a means to create equal opportunity for all individuals
* Promote the values of civic responsibility
* Ensure cohesion between economic development and social development in order to ensure long-term prosperity of the community
* Protect the environment, the community and the animals by fostering respect for nature
* Promote a sense of public integrity through discouraging corrupt activities and ensuring transparency and social responsibility in all citizens.

Perfil: We are looking for a volunteer that wants to learn, to explore, to initiate, to create based on his/her passions. He or she should be able to communicate in English, be aged between 18-30 years old and able to start as soon as possible. For those interested to learn to design their own projects and activities, this mobility is a great opportunity. During the project, we will do our best to support your ideas!. As soon as we have your application and based on what you wrote there, we will contact you for a Skype meeting.

Tarefas: Do you love to organize social and cultural events? Do you like photography and film? Are you good in creating photo and video content?

Then we invite you to be part of our Erasmus+ volunteering mobility, in Romania. Our organisation, active since 2009, was involved in more than 300 local and international projects. After many years of hard work we managed to open a big and beautiful youth-center. On 26 February 2020, we will celebrate the 11th anniversary of the association by launching ACT House, a creative place that will support and engage local artists, local producers, vulnerable youth, passionate people, in the spirit of volunteering, sustainability and nonformal education. In this journey, we need an international team.

We found two members already, a musician from Peru and a ceramic artist from Turkey! If you think you would love to be part of our team.
