Resumo: The hosting organization intervenes on the whole department rural territory (22 inhabitants per km² against 116 at the national level).

The hosting organization welcomes young people from 16 to 25 years. Many of them feel a strong sense of isolation, both geographic and social. In addition, unemployment, poverty, the weight of dependence on their family are forcing them to not be able to project themselves into positive perspectives. However, these young users aspire and feel the need to escape, to broaden their professional and personal horizons, to know and be open to new people, without judgment. For two years, the local mission welcomes also more and more refugees (40 are currently accompanied by the organization) with greater needs and strengthened support.

Welcoming young volunteers in the organization will allow exchanges with our users on the points of convergence, on the cultural differences, on issues of respective youth in each country (difficulties in employment for example) Number and profile of the participants : We wish to welcome 3 volunteers, one per year, for the period of the project from February, 2019 till February, 2021.

These volunteers should have like interests youth policies, an appetite for the accompaniment of young people in insertion. These people have to want to participate in animations with the welcomed public The volunteers must have the driving licence. The volunteers have to be strength of proposals to liven up the reception area and be relatively autonomous. We will favour motivation and commitment over diplomas.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
It’s not necessary that volunteers speak very good french.
We would like to receive SVE's with interests in youth politics, a desire to accompany the youths in insertion. The volunteer(s) must possess a driver's license. We receive volunteers from all structures. The volunteer with a training course in the social education, alternative education, and experience with people with educational difficulties is very interesting for us.

Tarefas: - To inform about departure arrangements abroad (European Solidarity Corps) and the project Take off (EVS short),
- Animate the collective information presenting the workshops social life
- commitment: participatory projects, web blog tv, Advisory Council of young people,
- Participate in the workshops and animate the workshops «social life
- commitment like web blog tv, voluntaries activities ....
- Accompany young people in their insertion process.

Condições: The volunteer will live in a hostel near the organization. The organization provides for food as the rules of Erasmus plus. For transportation with SNCF, the volunteer benefits from the sncf youth card that allows him to have transportation a 50% discount on prices.
Gueret is a little city. So, most journeys are made on foot.
As part of its missions, the volunteer can use the cars of the organization.
The volunteer will benefit 180€ for pocket money and 200€ for accomodation
