Resumo: The organization was founded on 04 october 2008 in Romania. Its goal is to promote the development of civic consciousness in general and eco-civic consciousness particulary, but also to sustain the young people involvement in the civic life.

The organization is a totally independent association which brings together young people with ages between 18 and 35 years, from different areas without distinction of nationality, sex, religion, political and religious beliefs. ANTER has lot of members and more than 100 volunteers which are interested in solving environmental problems and beeing involved in civic activities. Also, we had different activities regarding intercultural exchanges between people who belong to different cultures (roma, polish, bulgarian, greec, turkish, french, etc). Also, in all of our projects we involved fewer opportunities youngsteers and some of them became members of the organization.

Our association has a good capacity of implementing projects, starting with our experience in all the actions of YIA and now for implementing Erasmus+projects. We have an well equiped office and good logistic to manage the implementation. Also, we have strong local partnerships and also international ones that are facilitating the implementation of projects.

The projects implemented by the organization targeted social needs from different areas such as human rights, children’s rights, healthy and active lifestyle, education for employability, ecological education, social integration of young disadvantaged young people and Roma children, civic education, etc. Every year we are implementing different campaigns mained either to pay attention related with social issues, either for fund raising for people in need, so our youth workers have a great experience in social fields and support EVS volunteers that are developing most of the events, campaignes, etc.

Year by year we have increased our number of volunteers either hosted and sent so we have adequate infrastructure to implement good projects, we have motivated and well prepared staff (with formation and licensses in human rights, education, international cooperation, project management, youth and adult education, etc), we have good cooperations with local partners, we developed a good implementation strategy and developed also an good international partneship.

Perfil: Age between 18-30, motivated to work in the context of the project, speaking english language at least basic level

Tarefas: The idea of the project is to build something lasting, sustainable and so the idea of a Volunteer Center that came with an offer of activities, but especially to act as as a volunteer HUB for everything that happens in the community. The HUB promotes and relies on volunteering, locally and internationally, on the direct involvement of young people, contributing to the cohesion of the NGO environment, promoting democracy and active participation in general, and in particular through the Youth Advisory Council, responding in real time to needs community, identified by young people and solved by young people. The activities of the volunteers will be divided into:
1. Mapping opportunities in the community, by contacting local NGOs.
2. Creating for each willing NGO a presentation of the opportunities they have
3.Organization of the event Volunteer Festival
