Resumo: The hosting organization is an NGO initiated in June 2017. The organization is managed by a single tier board, chaired by a President and headquartered in the city. The organization involves 15+ young people and adults, including managers, researchers, trainers, youth workers, admin staff and technicians.

SCOPE OF WORK
We improve the socio-economic conditions and all aspects of the quality of life through education, research and consulting to address societal challenges. We produce and transfer knowhow through cooperation with domestic and international social, academic and business partners.

We are active in youth work by promoting youth mobility, voluntarism, diversity, equality, tolerance, involvement, participation, engagement and empowerment and by helping youth to gain additional knowledge, attitudes, transversal competences and skills.

The objectives are:
1) Providing learning opportunities and career advice to improve employability and social inclusion of young people
2) Equipping youth workers with key competences and skills to foster personal development of youth
3) Fostering local and international collaboration between youth, youth workers and youth organisations
4) Promoting the recognition of youth work, lifelong learning and non-formal education

- Able to communicate in English We seek to assemble a team of volunteers with complementary skills in the areas including content management, WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, Digital ebooks editing, Photo and Graphic design including infographics, Video production, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, non-formal education methods.

Tarefas: The project aims at having an open-mind community that value the ICT tools for responsible use of digital media, taking advantages of the European cooperation and with the support of volunteers’ activities. With this in mind, we formulated three specific objectives:
1. Developing the digital media skills of youth from Constanta.
2. Increase the awareness on using mobile phones as youth educational instruments
3. Improve the skills and competencies of 6 volunteers to offer high-quality solidarity activities to young people. The project will involve 6 EVS volunteers from different countries.

Horário: Project activities: 01.03.2020 – 30.06.2020 (4 months) – 120 activity days + 2 travel days. During weekly activities, the volunteers will take part in social responsibility courses, seminars, training for the scope of improving digital media skills and social competences.

Condições: Accommodation: You will live in Constanta city apartment, in shared bedrooms, individual beds, with common area, shared cooking, washing, laundry and social facilities, free wi-fi.
Food: You will receive a monthly food allowance of 150 Euro to buy food and cook for themselves. You will also receive a monthly allowance of 90 Euro pocket money.
The travel costs will be reimbursed. Local Transport: Bus passes to travel to activity sites.
Holidays: ESC volunteers will work 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, 2 consecutive days off per week and 2 additional days off per month
