Resumo: We work in the field of non formal education and we provide quality free time activities in a safe and substance-free environment for young people in the area. We organize youth work in youth houses, youth information centre, multi agency centre and in several employment units in additoin to several projects.
In our activities / work our most important target group are young people from 10 to 25 years. We also have a multicultural centre that offers possibilities for civic activity, most of the activities in the centre is run by volunteers living in the town. At the multicultural centre there are no age limits or other requierments

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: There are two different work environments during the week. 2 days are in Youth Information. There work tasks are organizing and developing youth information lessons for school classes and cooperation with the Youth Council. And the other 2 days are in sports-oriented secondary school. Work tasks there are implement youth work in school, organizing activities during breaks. And over all to encourage youngsters to use foreign language and getting to know different cultures. Task also includes planning and implementing camping trip for youth to our Camping center Isoranta. One day is in Multicultural Center and there is Finnish lessons and international evening café. Working days are generally in daytime and occasional evening shifts. We will also consider the volunteer's wishes during the period.
