Resumo: The hosting organization has been the educational institute for the Rural Youth Association and is an educational institution with political - cultural profile and a focus on international exchange projects especially with Eastern Europe. They are an NGO and recognized institution of youth welfare. Theirs training courses are aimed mainly at young people, but it also offered training courses for adults.

Every year they carry out many German-Polish projects and exchange projects with young people from other countries such as Turkey, Belarus, Bulgaria, Lithuania and many other countries. During these meetings, much emphasis on artistic and creative activities is laid. Thus, they hold theater workshops, art workshops, clowns and circus workshops and projects with new media as well as political education project Democracy - workshops.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Work on the premises and in the park, mainly maintenance tasks such as moving, cutting shrubs, weeding or storm damage restoration
Work in the village shop and Café
Supervision of the Museum - Centre of Art and Cultural Education
Occasional assistance in kitchen and house keeping tasks, and organisation of storerooms
Supporting the staff in other areas of work when there is high work load
Supporting the arquive of the castle, for example by entering data of books into an information system
