Resumo: The hosting organization is a large organisation in non-formal education in the department, located in center France. It gathers 355 local organisations in the field of education (long life learning), youth, educational leisure activities, sport, environment and sustainable development, european citizenship and international solidarity.

The hosting organization holds one youth service, called Relais Brenne Initiatives Jeunes, in the south of the department which is very rural. This youth service is situated in the Natural Regional Park.
This youth service supports teenager's and youngster's projects (11-25 years old). 3 youth workers take part in this youth service. It aims at helping young people living in rural areas to take initiatives in implementing their own projects. It also helps them to take part in local projects in their life area to apply their citizenship. Besides, many projects have been developed for 10 years (cultural trips, discovering of the Natural Regional Park, fishing trips, visiting Paris etc) . The service is also a youth information office and holds a housing service for people between 16 and 30 years old.

That service is nomade, it means that the youth leaders go to the youngsters, where they are : at school, in villages, youth institutions... Then they help them to find a project (with a special game for this) and support them to organise it. This kind of intervention is the only way to make the service reachable by all young people here because there is no way to move except car (no public transport at all).

Perfil: Volunteers should be motivated for working with young people between 11 and 25 years old. They must have the driving licence (impossible to move without it here). Applicants should be aware that the organization is situated in a very rural area. Coming from a rural area or liking nature and rural way of life would be helpful. Someone who takes the initiative will be welcome. Working time is 35 hours a week. Volunteers should have personal interests/hobbies and the ability to organise their leisure time on their own own (possibility to practise a sport or get involve in a local association).

Tarefas: Our organisation is situated in a rural place in Center France in a Natural Regional Park. We will host 2 volunteers to promote and inform young people about mobility, organise events about Europe and support those one who would like to become volunteers thanks to the European Solidarity Corps. We also support teenagers in their own projects and the volunteers will have the opportuniy to follow a group of youngster from the beginning of the project to the end. We have many activities to do with youngters : summer camps, youth exchanges, day in Paris to see an exhibition etc. This hosting is a part of a bigger project with 4 volunteers who will be in the same county and coordinate by the same person. We have already hosted 3 people and that was great !
