Resumo: The association aims to undertake ventures in order to intervene on childhood and youth discomfort. Since 1984 until nowadays lots of children and kids have been hosted in our houses, we promoted projects with assistance, support, cultural and professional education for them, eventually go along with them, by now grown, towards autonomy.
We promote the development of potentialities of children, kids and young adults with social and domestic disadvantages, believing that care and education (when consciously managed) can contribute to the solution of such problems. Every child needs to grow up and be educated in a functional way within his family, but not always the family can meet those needs.

The association gives this answer where the family is lacking or totally inadequate and therefore absent. The child’s need becomes an open question and if it is not listened, it could become discomfort and lead to antisocial behaviour.

The association will occupy the volunteers in the 5 communities for minors that it coordinates; each group consists of 7/8 minors between the ages of 2 and 18 and an Italian course.
The objectives of the project are:
• Encourage a peaceful environment in which the children live;
• Promote social inclusion
• Increase the commitment of young people and organizations in solidarity activities;
• Strengthening cohesion, solidarity, democracy and citizenship in Europe
• Provide new skills to volunteers;
• Promote the exchange of good practices in the organizations involved;

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: • Participation in the Italian course as a peer
• Live together with the kids experiences of daily life with boys and children
• organization of free time
• assistance to children in daily activities (room cleaning, study, cooking and eating together)
• Workshops
• Sporadic fundraising activities.

The volunteers will be accompanied by the presence of an educator during their activities and they will be required to participate actively and constantly. They must:
• Study together with the kids
• Cooking, cleaning and tidying up spaces with the kids
• Support educators in organizing leisure time
