Resumo: The hosting organization it’s the main district and it works in different areas of interest; the main aim is to answer to people needs in different ways (aggregation, cultural and spiritual aggregation).
The organization is both a spontaneous meeting point for children, adolescents, and a center where various activities are organized according to the age and the requirement of the youth: a place for playing and socializing, listening groups, cultural, spiritual and praying groups, sport, theatre and game activities, summer camps and intercultural experience. Activities aim for fostering the encounter and meeting between youth, for supporting personal growth, for going the integration’s process into a bigger society, for offering values and for educating the citizen.The Youth Centre is also raised to support families’ educational actions, promoting training sessions for parents, discussing educational issues and a point where exchanging information.
The general objectives are :
- To Live an unique experience abroad especially in Italy
- To have the opportunity to do a new and an engaging thing
- To know new people, meet new friends and other volunteers from other countries (to promote knowledge, dismantle stereotypes and offer opportunities to meet and to develop a critical ability)
- To know another country, another language a new culture and new ways of life.
- To develop new competencies and skills such as empathy and social competences

- To connect the ESC project with your studies ( professional orientation)
- To have the opportunity to work in a educative environment side by side with highly qualified and competent personnel

Tarefas: Activities that volunteers will perform can be divided into two main periods:
ACTIVITIES DURING WINTER PERIOD – from December to May:
-ALICE’S HOME: Experimental project “Alice’s home” is addressed to families with children aged between one and three years. The volunteers will come side by side with educators in babies’ attending, taking part in playing moments’ conception, in psycho-motor, drawing and singing activities.
-PEDIBUS: project through which educators take the children to school and accompany them to the Ludoteca (after-school project)
-LUDOTECA (Elementary and middle ages): After School project
-FANTAGIOCANDO: It’s a training course to dance addressed to children between 3 and 6 years old. It’s developed by a qualified teacher with the help of volunteers. Here Volunteer will come side by side with educators co-operating in creating dances also intercultural.
-DREAMBAR: educational project of a bar managed by a volunteer group. The volunteers will be integrated, with other volunteers, in the DreamBar project.
-INTERCULTURAL READINGS: in agreement with the municipal library (the volunteer, according with the tutor will buy a book in his mother tongue, so he/she can use it during this activities) – all costs will be refunded.
- ACTIVITIES DURING SUMMER PERIOD – from June to August:
GREST: The Grest is the most typical summer animation activity, offered to family; behind its realization, there is a long objectives, methodologies and tools processing aimed to involving youngsters. We propose different activities according to age: one for Babies, 3-6 years old, one the pupils, 7-10 years old,and the other for the youngsters, 11-13 years old. Grest lives thanks to volunteers and assistants, that let to give mean to this experience.
