Resumo: The hosting organisation, is a Swedish municipality with a lot of experience in hosting volunteers. We have several ongoing projects around the city and you will be a part of a fun crew of ESC volunteers.

Perfil: We think that you are a motivated person who likes to work with children and young people in a dynamic environment and has a keen interest in developing activities to stimulate non-formal learning. We think that you are curious, spontaneous and want to create activities with and for youth. We also like you to be comfortable working in a team of people from different backgrounds.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Would you like to work with young people in a youth centre? Are you interested in developing leadership skills and methods for youth participation? Then you should apply for our new ESC project, focusing on youth work in a local youth centre.
Your project mission will be to, alongside experienced staff, involve yourself in after school activities for children and young people aged 10-18 years old. This could mean coming up with new activities in areas such as sports, culture, handcraft etc. Your main role will be to function as a coach to guide young people to implement their own ideas and projects. You will mainly work in a newly established youth centre.
