Resumo:
The hosting organization was established as an initiative group in 2008 and officially registered as a public association in 2010. The organization was initiated by youth who were motivated to research and protect cultural diversity in Moldova. The mission of the public association is to address social concerns in the autonomy, to assist with the social integration of ethnic minorities and to preserve Moldova's cultural heritage.

To achieve these goals, the organization focuses its activities in the following areas:

- Supporting in-country and trans-border cooperation projects related to the region of Gagauzia with the goal of promoting interethnic and intercultural dialogue as a tool for conflict prevention

- Promoting projects and programs aimed at protecting minorities’ rights, harmonizing inter-ethnic relations, preserving cultural diversity and fostering intercultural dialogue

- Publishing information on the traditions. Volunteers utilize video and photo reporting to uncover insights about Moldovan ethnic minorities. Reports focus on the social and cultural life, will be promoted both within Moldova and to the international community.

- Providing clubs to enrich the learning and lives of youth. Activities include language, creative and leadership development clubs.

The organization carries out its activities in collaboration with government agencies and local public authorities, educational institutions, international and local nongovernmental organizations that respect the same values.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The reporting project aims to promote the culture of the town. There is a lack of published information on the traditions of the autonomous region, and volunteers will use video and photo reporting to uncover insights about Moldovan ethnic minorities, focusing on the our people. Reports on the social and cultural life will be promoted both within Moldova and to the international community.
Volunteers will also inform the society about European integration proces¬ses and provide research support to media and local NGOs in need of information.
