Resumo: Destelheide is a youth residence, under administration of the Flemish government (General Service for Youth Tourism).
The aim of Destelheide is to create an inspiring environment for artistic and creative activities for and by young people (particularly youth work and schools). We offer high-quality infrastructure in a green environment. The excellent facilities and services ensure a pleasant stay including catering and lodging accommodation. Through its international art educational department DHarts, Destelheide also creates an artistic environment to stimulate and inspire groups staying here. Organising expositions, masterclasses, artistic formations, artistic projects and international Youth exchanges are part of the daily work of our educational staff. Perfil: We are looking for a youngster between 18 and 30 years old who
- is skilled in working with photo
- and video-editing programs as for example Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Lightroom, InDesign, illustrator, …
- knows how to manage social media
- has good communication skills
- has a sense of responsibility
- shares an interest in arts and design
- has a flexible attitude
- likes working with youth groups
- is interested in being involved in creative and artistic processes and activities
- is interested in Human Rights Education
- is capable of working independently but also in a team

Tarefas: The communication-team is very small. This means that you’ll get a lot of opportunities to gain experience in your field, but that you’ll also have a lot of responsibilities towards the communication and the organization. Your tasks include:
• content creation for web and print
• documentation of the activities on the domain via different media (interviews, film, photo…)
• postproduction (editing of video & pictures)
• social media marketing and strategy
• providing new ideas and creative input
• expand archive and library
