Resumo: The main field of activity is organization and implementation of innovative outdoor education programs for school children and youth.

Although our target group is generally school children and youth, we lay special concern on including youth with fewer opportunities, like children from struggling families, youth with behavioral problems or at risk of developing behavioral problems, youth from rural and underdeveloped regions, youth facing post-war reconciliation difficulties etc... in our activities. Programs include courses in nature, teaching various technical skills and sports, learning how to overcome physical and mental challenges and result in building self-esteem and discovering one's own full capacities, which can later be transferred to everyday life

Perfil: Age: 18-30 y.o. Volunteers facing fewer opportunities of belonging to the NEET category will be given an advantage (economical - unemployment, low financial status, social - marginalization, geographical - undeveloped areas, islands, remote areas, cultural - minorities. No previous education, experience or other demands will be crucial to be selected - motivation is the key!

Tarefas: The assistance of international volunteers has proven itself as a very valuable dimension on both our outdoor and youth mobility programs. The volunteers give additional intercultural value to the children and youth, where they promote their project, volunteering and directly work with the group on activities that they helped developing as well. All these programs require a lot of administration, planning and organizational work before and after the activities, which will be the main task of the volunteers on this project.
