Resumo: Foundation Dialogue is a public benefit organisation which was created in 2001 in Bialystok and the mission was inspired by Christian values. The goal of foundation is a dialogue which can be expressed through the love to another human and it also transfers society into the community where human rights and dignity are respected.

We mostly work in 5 fields:
- supporting families (foster care, mentoring, organising English classes and other activities for kids from the foster care; conducting the night shelter for people (including migrants) who are endangered by homelessness);
- helping migrants (conducting the infomational-advisoral points for foreigners; conducting Polish classes for foreigners; adaptional courses for foreigners; supporting the schools in the work with foreigners kids; providing work advisors support; trainings for people working with foreigners; integration migrants from non-EU countries);
- social integration (Centre of Social Integration includes: social integration for people with lower chances, unemployed, refugees, disable or endangered by homelessness; organising paid internships, support from coach, lawyer, social worker, psychologist etc; trainings)
- education (supporting schools)
- volunteering (organising trainings for volunteers; mentoring; activities supported by coordinators; EVS);

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: • regular working hours in the kindergarten in the refugee centre;
• designing extra activities for refugees children, teenagers and mothers connected with art, cooking, sport, games in accordance with her interests;
• conducting culinary and art workshops in temporary shelter for immigrants and Polish citizens endangered by homelessness;
• visiting local schools, universities, NGOs to lead intercultural and antidiscrimination workshops;
• creating workshops plans, tools, games, presentation, discussions etc.;
• organization of special events in and outside the refugee centre;
• conducting English lessons with elements of global education for the foreign children or teenagers;
• attending the Polish language course and learning Polish language;
• regular evaluation meetings with the project coordinator and the mentor;
• working on creating the Youthpass certificate with a mentor to document the process of learning, self-reflection and evaluation;
• participating in training session organized by NA – on-arrival and mid-term, as well as by Dialogue Foundation.
• active participation in the tandem meetings with a Polish volunteer
