Resumo: The coordinating has been involved with international mobility projects since 2007. In frames of European Voluntary service we have been coordinating, sending and hosting organisation for last 10 years. We coordinate more than 15 EVS services on yearly bases, majority of our local partners are organizations working with people with disabilities, few youth centers and kindergartens. As our main focus is inclusion project then sending and hosting activity is mainly concerned with short term EVS project where we either send youth with health issues to volunteer abroad or host in Estonia.

Perfil: Volunteer is expected to be polite and caring, they should understand that even if volunteer do not perceive her/himself as such, the children will see them as a role model. Volunteer should be social and ready to communicate with children even without knowing local language in this sense knowing English or Estonian is an asset but not necessarily needed. It is an asset when volunteer has a skill (play music, dance, etc) to teach or do together with children.

Tarefas: kindergarten has over 50 children in ages of 1 – 3. Volunteer will assist teacher in her daily activities with the children – 10 months long service.
