Resumo: WHO?
The main purpose of the NGO is to equip and strengthen the youngsters in becoming as independent and active in their own life and become an active citizen in the local community.
NGO offers a specially designed non-formal education programs based on the students individual competences and challenges.

TEAM?
NGO has 5 youth-workers, 2 teachers, 1 family worker, 2 mentors. NGO Öökull cooperates with other organizations (special schools, police, municipalities, NGO-s etc) in Southern Estonia and takes leading role of the commun projects.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: organizes leisure activities, events, club-activities, camps, family work and service of Food Bank. Main target group is between 7-14 y-o. Center is open M-F from 1PM till 7PM.
