Resumo: The activities of the organization network are linked with the general problematic of housing and of the dignity that the person will get in appropriating its dwelling and social environment.
Generally, activities and supports have different forms : voluntary participation, improvement of housing and struggle against indignified housing, professional integration. A building site is a real support to many other activities.

Our organization promotes :
- the right of any person to be an actor in the society ;
- the right to have a decent housing and to appropriate living environment ;
- the youth empowerment through voluntary ;
- the importance of diversity and interculturality through our society.

Organization's culture is based in action, in doing and doing together. The will of our organization is to promote the activities, in supporting the expansion in and outside the network. The association defines itself as a head of a network for self-renovation support.

The National organization has a technical support mission for the different regional organizations that make the network, as well as a role of coordination and representation toward national institution and technical partners. It is also a place for thinking and preparing strategies according to different political issues to which the network faces.

To insure the welcome and the support of the volunteers (188 in 2016 any status), the national organization has organized a coordination group that works with the regional staff members who are in charge of the operational support of the volunteers (that is to say around 160 employed associates in the overall).

To welcome EVS volunteers, the national association is the coordination structure for the following regional associations. It is a sending organization as well but its objectives is to implement only short term EVS projects.

The different hosting activities that happened in the network these last years and the visible results noticed for the volunteers as well as for the people supported, is encouraging to continue this way, offering supplementary places for help in the network. For several years, we have been developing a project with young people with less opportunities hosted in the French civic service frame as well as the EVS short term one.

Perfil: good motivation for take part in the housing renovation activities and a basic knowledge of english.
