Resumo: Our kindergarten is located in two different buildings (one of them is in the center of Kaunas city, the other one is more downright from the center). We educat e children from 1 to 6 years. We respect every person and let him /her be unique. Our base is the experiential educa tion, so we seek to always and everywhere create e ducating environment. We are a modern organization with creative and tolerant staff, who wants to know better the cultures of other countries and wa nts to show to young people how the job in kindergarten looks like.
Main Aims
To run educational programs of early and pre school education (1 6 years old)
To become a lea rning organization open for inno vations and challenges
To offer educational conditions for Lithuanian and foreign children, who had just arrived to the country and speak English.
About the project
The project #glocal invites you to explore the interconnectedness between the local and the global, to promote solidarity and active citizenship by volunteering in a specific hosting organization, partic ipating in and organizing solidarity events, creating eco postcards, etc. Join!
Perfil: You can communicate in E nglish or/and Russian languages;
You en joy spending time with 3 5 years old children;
You are tolerant to all kind of children’s emotions (positive and negative too);
You are willing to cooperate wi th children and the s taff;
You have no harmful habits (because during worktime in kindergarten we do not tolerate smoking, alcohol or other narcotic substances).
Age: 18-30
Tarefas: To spend time with 3 5 y ears old children;
To assist the preschool teacher;
To be at the kindergarten daily from 9.00 to 15.00;
To assist the children during feeding time
To assist in group activities (musical, sports, ceramic s and dance lessons
To play with children in their quite game time;
To spend time outdoors;
And a lot of other funny things that can do with children…
