Resumo: The community is a small faith based community of friendship and mutuality between people with intellectual disability and those who assist them. Community life, spirituality and professio nalism are the desired basis of our organization. The community operates as a day center and living home. You would mainly volunteer in the day center.

Main Aims
 To reveal the gifts of people with or without disabilities through c lose and communal relationships
 To help people with disabilities to be a valued part of the community and wide society

About the project
The project invites you to explore the interconnectedness between the local and the global, to promote solidarity and active citizenship by volunteering in a specific hosting organization, p articipating in and organizing solidarity events, creating eco postcards, etc. Join!

Tarefas:  To assist persons with intellectual disabilities in daily routine and tasks , in the kitchen, garden, home works, handcrafts, sports, trips, celebr ations, journeys, talks, games
 To communicate and discover the person and his/her personality and let yourself to be discovered
 To collaborate with the team of assistants
 According to your skills, desires and the need of the community to pa rticipate in the outreach, fundraising, creating prom o ting videos, making photos, decorating
