Resumo: Our organization was born with the aim of promoting dignity among underprivileged people. The ones who struggle every day to survive in a boundary line that divides two realities in the same world separated by poverty.
We promote projects whose primary objective is to provide them with greater welfare, enhance their employment prospects and promote social integration. To attain such goals we consider strictly necessary to mitigate poverty, discrimination, economic inequality, gender inequality, repression and lack of freedom.

Our association attempts to boost intercultural exchange in a town characterized by its diversity. And along with it, we foster collaboration between our association and our social environment to raise public awareness of the issue.
It is important to mention that, insofar as possible, we also provide humanitarian aid. Our aid workers have to deal with very difficult, sometimes life-threatening situations.

The groups of people that we work with are generally women under the threat of social exclusion. The other group that we work with are vulnerable immigrant children who are denied their fundamental right to education.
Sometimes we work along with non-governmental organizations from our neighboring country, especially from the North of Morocco.
In terms of finances, we rely upon public funding. We have an agreement with the Autonomous City (it is been extended this year again). Occasionally, some of our projects have also been funded by public money. But on the other hand, we have additional private funds as well as the economic help of our members to whom we are very grateful.
In regards with human resources, our team consists of professional paid workers and volunteer staff.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: In the mornings (Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) I would be giving support to a teacher in the Integrated Workshop that works as a school for children of Moroccan origin but are out of public school. They are given language and math classes ... And at the same time many activities of different kind cultural, artistic, sporting, .....

In the evening (Monday to Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.), they would be supporting other teachers in the Alfaigualate Workshop aimed at border women who mostly come to work in Ceuta and receive literacy and Spanish classes mainly, although they cross-carry equality activities. , empowerment, sexual health, etc.
A part they would participate in the various campaigns we carry out in our association both solidarity (order, place and distribute humanitarian aid), and awareness of the rights of women and children (talks, workshops, conferences, meetings, markets).
