Perfil: To select the volunteer, our only criteria is motivation, regarding two levels : the desire to live an intercultural experience and the will to work with young people, without any prerequisites, nor language, nor experience in this field. We wish that the volunteer will care about young people, be eager to learn better english and french, and that he will be energetic.
Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will be assisted in his tasks by a facilitator and technical advisor local mission.
•Knowledge of the structure, an understanding of its values, ownership missions for Europe : He will participate in daily tasks : organization bar management, welcome and listen to young people, animation proposals for youth, support of youth initiatives... He will also participate in partnership meetings on various projects in the field of European awareness.

• Reception and information for young people about European youth programs, including mobility : The volunteer will boost capacity in these workshops by the mounting of exhibitions, creating documents on the expectation of young people, inviting resource persons or young people who already tried these programs. We wish the volunteer works on media to enhance the experience of young people in their journey and thus to propose a follow-up on the local territory.

•The organization of intercultural events. : The volunteer will be responsible once a week to organize an intercultural facilitation workshop themed meals, exposure to a country, language exchange, board games intercultural theme ...

•Gathering information on the various European initiatives dinannaises structures : Several structures dinannaises punctually organize European initiatives: twinning committee, school exchanges ... The volunteer will have the task of developing a collection of these initiatives from newspaper articles, testimonials; and to contact the organizers to consider possible gateways.

•The animation setting chosen by the volunteer according to their own skills : The volunteer will have carte blanche to organize workshops from its own powers. For example, the previous voluntary decided to develop a workshop around the video and realize several short films with youngsters.
